Pillow Case

The Pillow Case system is ideal for displaying the larger graphic prints and is the only choice when you have a small window of time for set up.

Why is this system so fast? The frames assemble quickly, using a minimum number of joints. The seamless graphic print is sewn with a liner and zippers which allows us to finish the wall on the ground without the use of ladders. Once assembled we simply stand in position and place.

The walls in this design are 10’ tall x 16’ wide and were originally intended for a single use at the memorial service for Professor Marvin Minsky at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, (MIT). The photographs of his living room home office, provided by Andrew Ryan were so powerful MIT had these walls installed in the lobby for many months following the event.

Pillow Case

Pillow Case walls are ideal for large tent events because they use a footprint of only 2” in width for the wall structure and the base feet that support the wall are only 1/4” thick which eliminates trip hazards.

We know floor space is at a premium at tent events.

For this event, we used a 14’ tall x 26’ wide double sided center wall to greet visitors as they entered the tent. Flanking the center wall were two 10’ tall x 30’ wide double-sided walls. Guests would walk in and around to the left and right of the center wall to enter the intimate award dining space.

Due to chandelier locations, we used Hard Panel Scenery to create custom size openings that worked in concert with the space and projection requirements.

Finishing and Liners
The Pillow Case System assembles quickly onsite due to the advance work done to fit, sew and line the custom seamless print. We leave nothing to chance as all structures are preassembled and fitted prior to shipping to your event.
We ask for a minimum of a two week lead time for manufacture. Structures can be single or double sided and can be ground supported or suspended from overhead.

Assembly
This scenic design was set up in less than 4 hours with a four person crew. The center wall is a 13’ tall x 25’ wide wall covered in a seamless Dye Sub print. Space was at a premium and we were able to sit just 9” off the Up Stage wall and follow the curve of the ballroom with this 81’ wide design.
