T3 Systems is known for our “Twist – Lock – Connect” tool-free assembly system that guarantees our customers modularity, design flexibility, fast installation, and easy storage and transport. At Expressive Structures we take it one step further by creating a simple, easy to use modular system with no piece longer than 4′ in length.
Our scenic arrives in easy to move rolling trunks that fit through standard size doorways and small passenger elevators. None of those giant wood crates, or large skids of materials that are difficult to move. No levers or other difficult to use hardware, just “Twist – Lock – Connect”

Curved Walls
T3 profiles can be curved to create walls and light boxes of any size. Because the base extrusion is a square tube and the SEG Channel or “bayonet” is a separate plastic insert the process is relatively easy. The advantage to curved walls built with T3 is the precision of construction. There is no flex or play, the wall assembles exactly as planned speeding up installation times.
